The demand for high-quality organ transplants in japan has led to a rise in illegal activities such as kidnapping and murder operations to obtain organs for sale. surgeons have also started practicing, and this practice has extended beyond japan's borders into china. our protagonist, tamaki suzuhara, is a beautiful but mysterious high school girl who tries to find someone important to her who is currently missing. she joins an illegal organ trafficking network that kidnaps those deemed "morally cured" for surgical removal of organs. this journey will take us through the bloody consequences and moral dilemmas faced by tamaki as she searches for what she desires. can she succeed in her quest?
