A youngster who didn't comprehend liberty and was a friend of Punpuns during childhood. Masumi Seki is best friends with Shimizu and possesses a tough demeanor even when upset, often appearing distant and unfeeling. He bears a permanent scar above his nose that he covers with a bandage throughout most of elementary school. His family owns Seki Lunches, which previously did business with the now-defunct miso factory.
