Shiryuu Dragon  

Libra Shiryuu, 紫龍

Out of all five main characters, Shiryuu has earned the reputation for being the calmest and most composed individual among them. His physical strength is unmatched by any other bronze saint, except perhaps Phoenix Ikki. This is evident from his successful track record in battles fought without the aid of his Dragon cloth. Shiryuu honed his skills at the Five Old Peaks in China under the tutelage of senior gold saint Libra Dohko. He carries a large tattoo-like image of a green and white dragon on his back, which is not actually a tattoo but rather connected to his guardian dragon star. When Shiryuu's life is at stake, this tattoo begins to fade away, indicating that his cosmo is approaching zero - a clear sign of impending death.
