Yoruichi Shihouin

Yoruichi Shihouin is a captivating woman with dark skin who can transform into a black cat for extended periods of time. She possesses high intelligence and quick wit, and has extensive knowledge about Soul Society's operations as she was once the head of its special forces. Unlike other nobles, Yoruichi acts differently; she instructed Soifon to address her without honorific suffixes. Moreover, she frequently appears naked in front of Ichigo just to gauge his reaction. Although she usually avoids battles, she will intervene if she believes her team cannot prevail. Prior to their entry into Soul Society, Yoruichi trained Chad and Orihime. Additionally, she supervised Ichigo's final release training using the techniques devised by Kisuke Urahara.
In the WDKALY novels, she is revealed to have survived the war and helps out at the academy. She also plays a role in the CFYOW novel as a representative of the Shihouin clan, where she opposes Tokinada.
