Dokuro Mitsukai is an assassin from the future who has been sent back through time to kill Sakura Kusakabe. However, instead of carrying out her mission, she tries to save him. Although she appears to be just like any other young girl, when she's angry or displeased, she uses a magical spiked tetsubo called "Excalibolg" to brutally club her victim to death. She can also bring someone back to life with Excalibolg by chanting the refrain of the theme song in the opening credits. When she's not killing or reviving, Dokuro teases Sakura mercilessly using sexual innuendo.
