Yujis current girlfriend Matsuri is also a police officer. She's unaware of Yujis feelings towards Rio but sees him as a threat to her marrying Yuji in the future. Despite this, she frequently warns Rio to stay away from Yuji. It appears that Matsuri values social status and believes that Rio may use Yuji for personal gain. However, it's important to note that Rio isn't interested in Yuji and could potentially harm her if pushed too far.
