Berneux, whose real name is Bucolicus, was transformed into the werewolf known as Loup Garou after becoming cursed by the Malnomen. This transformation caused him to mutate and led to a violent outburst during which he killed nine humans in an uncontrollable fit of thirst, despite it being forbidden to do so.
