The formal name of Lord Il Palazzo, as he's referred to by his subordinates, is ACROSS, a secretive organization with an ideological goal of world domination. He believes that the current state of the world is corrupt and seeks to conquer it in order to protect the ignorant masses from themselves. In many instances, he starts his orders and speeches by declaring "the world is corrupt!". Despite all the scheming, Il Palazzo often indulges in seemingly mundane hobbies like playing guitar or arranging domino blocks when Excel and Hyatt are out on missions. However, it's important to note that Lord Il Palazzo possesses extraordinary abilities, as seen in episode 25. Despite this, he is suffering from severe psychological issues, particularly multiple personality disorder.
