Hoodlum is a criminal who was originally sentenced to four years in prison for theft and blackmail. However, he escaped when the Akudama broke through the underground prison. After hearing about a job worth millions of yen, he became interested and followed them. Hoodlum is known for being greedy and willing to break the law to get what he wants. Despite his bold exterior, he's ultimately a coward who believes that if you can't beat them, join them. Due to his weakness, he shows great consideration and loyalty towards his comrades. Hoodlum has a shaggy, pale appearance similar to the stereotypical hoodlum. He wears a red-striped purple suit with a yellow collared shirt underneath, light-brown leather shoes, orange-tinted glasses, and green hair styled over his head. He also has hazel eyes, thin sideburns, and a simple necklace.
