A friend of Yuuki from childhood who aspires to become a manga artist. Despite being kind-hearted, Haruka can be terrifying when angry, often with a smile that scares others. As a child, Yuuki's greatest fear was Haruka's anger. In the anime, Haruka is Pantas human partner and has feelings for Yuuki, causing him to break up with Katie temporarily. When Haruka realizes that Dylans true love is Katie, she finally lets go of him. At the end of the series, Haruka is dating Koichi Sumita.
