This individual is a first-year student at Kyoto Fushimi High School and belongs to the school's bicycle club. They are recognized as an accomplished cyclist but also for their arrogance, deceitfulness, and flamboyant personality. Despite not being the captain of the club, they have significant influence due to their past victory in a race against the current captain. After realizing their skills and producing numerous victories, the captain willingly surrendered leadership authority to them. The individual and Imaizumi have known each other since competing together in a cycling tournament where the former played dirty, resulting in Imaizumi's loss of victory. This has led to a long-standing resentment towards Imaizumi.
