Loco  

In essence, Loco is the most powerful Rook and one of the first Chess Pieces introduced in the series. Her name refers to her role as a patron of healers in Voodoo religion, which is reflected in her ÄRM Straw Doll (Spikes and Hammer). She was born 32 years before the main part of the series and at age 26, she participated in an attack on an unknown town while using only her Weapon ÄRM Ring Dagger. During the battle, Locos only weapon was broken, leaving her defenseless. While stumbling through the battling village, she encountered a cloaked figure carrying a large suitcase who offered her strength. She requested power to fight and the cloaked figure gave her the suitcase containing seven Darkness ÄRMs, which came at the cost of reversed aging. Using these ARMs, Loco rose in rank to become the strongest Rook. However, the effects of the Darkness ARMs damaged her body, transforming her into a young child by the series beginning.
