Koffing, ドガース

Koffing is a spherical Pokemon with toxic gases inside it. It has vacant eyes and a wide mouth with two pointed teeth in the upper jaw. In anime, it's been seen with a full set of teeth. A cream-colored skull-and-crossbones marking can be found below its face. Several geyser-like protrusions release mustard-colored gas from Koffing's body. Its purple skin is thin and over-inflation can cause it to explode. Koffing creates gases within itself by mixing toxins with garbage, producing more gas in higher temperatures. These gases are malodorous and make those around them sniffle, cough, and have teary eyes. The gases are also lighter than air, allowing Koffing to hover. When agitated, it releases a more toxic gas through its body's holes. In anime, Koffing's gas can be ignited by fire or electricity. It feeds on the fumes of raw, rotting trash found in gas dumps and polluted air. Koffing was plentiful in Galar due to factories. Koffing is commonly found in urban areas. Koffing and Weezing are the only known Pokemon with Neutralizing Gas as an Ability.
