Keith encountered her in a park, despite her limited ability to communicate beyond saying "I don't know," "Yes," "No," or "Sorry." Despite this, their conversations helped boost Keith's confidence after losing his title as King of Heroes. Eventually, he fell deeply in love with Cis.
