Lord Arakawa, 荒川の主

The ruler of the Arakawa River in the east is known as its guardian. Despite changes over time, the river's flow remains consistent. This leader possesses great strength and authority, which could make him a king if he chooses to be one. He rarely shows emotion, possibly suggesting that having absolute power does not necessarily lead to happiness.
