Julius is an original character from the book Alice in Wonderland who symbolizes Time. He manages the neutral district known as Clock Tower Plaza, where he controls time. As the clock fixer, he's often referred to as the mortician of Wonderland because his fixed clocks become the hearts of reborn residents. Initially, Julius is closest to Alice and helps her find a place to stay in his Clock Tower. Despite appearing uninterested and antisocial, several characters suggest that he likes Alice due to his willingness to assist her in returning home.
