Brad, who was once a member of the Bureau of Magic's Security Force, becomes interested in Mash after discovering him to be without a mark. After engaging with Mash and recognizing his strength, he advises him to pursue enrollment at Easton Magic Academy and strive for the title of Divine Visionary. Mash agrees and Brad assists him in the application process. As part of the agreement, if Mash achieves the status of Divine Visionary, Brad will be compensated for his assistance.
