Kento Sugiyama is a man who possesses dark-greenish hair and shares the same surname as his seiyū. Following the establishment of the U.F.N., he was appointed Special Division Captain. Given his culinary skills, Lelouch tasked him with preparing a pizza for C.C. In his most recent appearance, Kento was seen in Tamakis bistro, accompanied by a guitar resting beside his chair.
