She's deeply committed to her brother and has taken on multiple part-time jobs at night to cover school expenses and ease her family's financial burden. Following her brother's request for assistance, the service club eventually discovered Saki's true intentions behind working late nights. As a result, she ceased her nocturnal activities after the service club suggested that she pursue scholarships instead.
