Zetsumei-sensei, 糸色 命

The third child in the Itoshiki family, who closely resembles Nozomu. This individual operates their own medical practice known as the "Itoshiki Clinic". When written horizontally, their name shares a similarity with zetsumei (絶命), which is why people rarely visit their hospital. They often struggle to maintain control when their name is mentioned, particularly if it's referred to as "Zetsumei-sensei" ("Dr. Death").
