The main character in this story is a Japanese girl who attends Luna Nova after being inspired by the witch Shiny Chariot. She comes from a non-magical background and finds it challenging to use magic. Her classes are less exciting compared to Chariots performances, but her self-confidence allows her to master Chariots Shiny Rod.
