Yanagi is a high school student at central high school in her second year. her friends call her yanagin, while the chemistry club president refers to her as hiro. known for her wild ideas and sudden outbursts, yanagi leads the funky high school girls group and is close friends with ikushima and habara, despite their claims of not getting along well. she has many male friends but is infamous for her thoughtless and crude attitude towards high school boys. yanagi enjoys teasing either karasawa or takahiro, picking fights at random with ikushima, and provoking habara. she excels in karate and ranks second highest in test results, just behind nago, whom she considers a rival. in her younger years, yanagi was part of the archdemon punitive force and monitored habara.
