Fubuki leads Blizzard Group, a B-Class superhero team, and is Tatsumaki's younger sister. She holds the top rank in her group. Fubuki is described as tall, beautiful with shoulder-length black hair. Her attire consists of a long black dress, boots, several necklaces, all covered by a fur coat. Her eyes are bright green like her older siblings'. Fubuki can levitate and hurl objects at high speed using "Hell Storm". It's revealed that she possesses the strength to be an A-Class hero but chooses not to because she wants to maintain her position as number one.
