Takashi Todoroki

In the English dub, Todoroki is known as Caswell and holds the position of class chairman. He's highly intelligent and believes in meticulous planning. However, Professor Ukyo often corrects him by reminding that not everything can be executed as planned. Whenever he concludes a topic, Todoroki frequently uses the phrase "to summarize".
