Hirako was once a First Class Ghoul Investigator who worked alongside Kishou Arima in the past. He has an average height and his facial features are described as plain or bland, with a blank expression on his face. Like other members of CCG, he wears formal attire. Hirako inherited the calm personality and calculating approach to fighting ghouls from his mentor Kishou Arima, and is skilled enough to suppress an S-class Ukaku type ghoul.
