Prince Clovis Britannia was the third member of his royal family and served as Viceroy in Area 11. Although he was shy, arrogant, and not used to defeat, he admired Lelouch, with whom he often played chess during their childhood. Despite consistently losing, they remained friendly rivals. The memories of their time at the Imperial Villa inspired Clovis to design a garden on top of the government complex that resembled it. In addition to being an artist and designer, Clovis created the Clovis Amusement Park and left behind numerous works of art.
