Harley  

Harley is someone who prioritizes himself over others and has little regard for their feelings. He tends to hold grudges against people for minor reasons, such as when May said that she had never heard of Cacturne before or that his cookies were not bad. However, the real reason he started disliking her was because she looked like a classmate who stole his snack when he was young. Harley keeps photos of people he has grudges against in a notebook or album. He enjoys inflicting humiliation on others to get an advantage and takes pleasure in doing so, as seen when he pretended to be friends with Max in order to make May look bad and recorded it for playback during a Contest. Additionally, Harley is not above using underhanded tactics to win, which is evident from his contest performances.
