A skilled aviator from the Londo Bell squadron, known as U007 (Seven Uniform). He's a slender man who exudes confidence and can deliver harsh critiques to his superiors. As a lieutenant, he commands the Tri-Stars mobile suit team, consisting of three individuals originally intended for the UC Project's test pilot program but ultimately piloting mass-produced Jesta support machines after project cancellation.
