A young Dim Sum Master from San Sei, known as "Steel Staff Shell," has a steel staff that he uses both as a weapon and cooking utensil. He carries this staff with him wherever he goes and it's engraved with several yellow stars, representing the number of Super Chefs he has defeated. Despite being young, he is considered one of the best Dim Sum Masters in China. Shell is also known for his nomadic lifestyle as he often travels around the country to learn more about cooking. He has a positive outlook on life and enjoys scolding others when they make mistakes. One such person was Shirou, whom he had a bad impression of after an incident where Shirou accidentally made him a poor plate of food. Shell is very athletic and skilled in math as well. Later, he joins forces with Mao and the others to search for the Legendary Cooking Utensils. His Hokkien name is Ji Long.
