Charlotte, who attends the IS Academy and serves as the cadet representative from France, was initially presented under the name "Charles." This character was one of the second male students transferred into Ichikas class for spying purposes. As part of her training, Charlotte is placed in a room with Ichika.
Spoilers:
Ichika, however, soon discovers her true gender. After hearing her sad story, he decides to help her, and then she falls in love with him.
