Tensais assistant is a gender nonconforming male who has a relationship with him similar to Sherlock Holmes and John Watson. Although she may appear feminine, she openly discusses her gender identity when it's relevant. Daruku, along with Tensai, attends Juugos school as classmates after visiting his apartment and meeting Nanana. Additionally, Daruku joins the "Adventure Club" because she accompanies Tensai wherever he goes.
