The narrative revolves around the search for the treasure of Nanana, a former NEET girl who is now a ghost residing in an artificial island known as the "Special Student Zone." Juugo, a boy disowned by his father and forced to attend a new high school on this island, finds himself living in a low-cost apartment that is haunted by Nanana. Along with members of the school's adventure club, Juugo participates in a treasure hunt for the Nanana Collection, which possesses an enigmatic power.
