The King of Italy, who is also known as Carlo Alberto's son, went to Milan for a banquet. While there, he met with his siblings Alfredo and Bianca Martini, along with Countess Isabella Montovani. During this encounter, the siblings confronted their evil relatives Maurizio and Grazela Martini. It was during this time that Alfredo revealed to the king that Maurizio's medal was a fake, while he had the authentic one in his possession. The King of Italy examined both medals and determined that Maurizio's was indeed a forgery. Additionally, the king concluded that the Martini siblings were innocent of killing their parents based on the evidence presented to him.
