Suleyman  

Süleyman serves as the Acting-Head of the Imperial Secret Council after Mirkas pretends to be dead. He is part of a plot to assassinate the Empress and seize the throne following her death. Despite his hatred towards peace between the two races, he could not bring himself to kill the Empress. Süleyman controls the Solomon's Ring, which can fire lethal blasts of energy. He has dedicated 300 years of his life to his nation and is the Deputy on the Imperial Secret Council. He seems to have known Astharoshe since she was a child, and he is the leader of the extremists in the Empire who attempt to assassinate the Empress and Duchess of Moldova to take over and rule. Unfortunately for him, Astaroth kills him during his rebellion as he aims his ring at the Empress but misses her target.
