Ibara is one of the four temple rakshasa demons who serve as executioners under the prime minister. He possesses the ability to control his body parts and stretch them at will. Despite his intimidating appearance, Ibara seems to have a confident and violent personality. During his first encounter with Seryu, he nearly attacked her and scolded her for doubting their abilities. He advised her and the Jaegers to relax and enjoy themselves in the mansion.
