The current leader of the Allied Shinobi Forces is known as the Raikage. He has an older brother who serves as the Jinchūriki of the Eight-Tailed Beast, Killer Bee. It's suggested that both Killer Bee and the Raikage come from the Yotsuki clan. The Raikage was concerned about their immense powers when they were in their full power forms, so he forbade them from using them. After learning that Killer Bee had been captured by Akatsuki, the Raikage called a meeting with the five Kages and resolved to eliminate Sasuke, who was responsible for capturing his brother. Despite Killer Bees status as a Jinchūriki, the Raikage is very caring and protective towards him. He cried at the thought of his younger brother being captured by Akatsuki. The Raikage is physically strong, as he can lift large amounts of weight with just one hand and break a desk with a single punch. Killer Bee has also mentioned that before him, only the Raikage was able to deflect the Eight-Tails.
