In The Legend of Thunder! from the Pokémon Chronicles series, Raikou was featured in an episode where Attila and Hun attempted to steal him with a device created by Professor Sebastian. However, with the help of Jimmy, Marina, Vincent, and Eugene, Raikou survived and defeated Team Rocket. In the thirteenth Pokémon movie, Ruler of Illusions Zoroark, a shiny Raikou made its first appearance alongside Celebi and other members of its trio. Additionally, Raikou briefly appeared in an episode from Season 4 of the Johto League Champions series during Houndoom's Special Delivery around half way through the episode, where Houndoom and Togepi saw his back.
