While not much is known about secco, it's clear that he was once under the care of cioccolata. however, unlike other patients, secco seems to have adopted cioccolattas twisted mindset and follows his orders without question. this includes filming people as they die while inflicting pain on them through green day. despite this, cioccolatta occasionally rewards secco with sugar cubes for doing a good job.
