Viluy, also known as Byruit in the dub, was a member of the Witches 5 group named after the mineral viluite. In the anime, Viluy's task was to gather pure hearts following Tellus' demise. To achieve this goal, she programmed all computers at the Infinity Academy to extract pure heart crystals from their users during a national practice exam. Additionally, she possessed the "Mosaic Buster" attack that released nano-robots from her wristband. Despite initial success, Viluy's wristband malfunctioned due to damage inflicted by Sailor Moon, resulting in the nanomachines dissolving their own master and effectively killing her, leaving behind only her bracelet. In the manga, Viluy was the third witch to appear before Tellu and led the Science Division of Infinity Academy under the alias Yui Bidoh. She met her end when Sailor Uranus cut her in half with his Space Sword.
