Valya is the youngest member of First Squad and was previously housed in an orphanage where he faced ridicule for his talents. He was later relocated by Commander Below to a school that specializes in occult-military training. Despite this, Valya appears to struggle with chronic insomnia as he claims never to rest. Typically, Valya is observed wearing a tank helmet, which was bestowed upon him by Commander Below.
