A doctor who operates a clinic in Sakurashin is visited by Akina, who requires a checkup due to his unique ability. The doctor, named Juli, hosts her own TV show called the Juli Channel and possesses superhuman strength as a result of self-training. Prior to becoming the mayor of Sakurashin, Juli served as Hime's assistant when Hime was a child.

The V and F in her name stands for "Victor Frankenstein", the name of her ancestor and Mariabelles father making her Mariabelles great-grandniece as Juli is a descendant of Mariabelles brother.
