Princess Sara  

In The Princess and the Togepi and A Togepi Mirage, a character named Sara appeared. She noticed when Team Rocket's blimp landed near the palace garden fountain, where Misty's injured Togepi was found. Her parents, along with caretaker Miranda, initially believed that the Togepi belonged to them, but later realized it wasn't theirs and belonged to Misty. Sara knew this and helped Ash and his friends stop Colonel Hansen from stealing Togepi again after he had already stolen it once. She vowed never to let an impure-hearted person rule the Mirage Kingdom because doing so would destroy the Togepi Paradise, which was her ultimate goal. After Hansen's arrest, Sara discovered the legendary Togepi and became its caretaker.
