The Count of St. Germain is a nobleman who owns one-fourth of the Empire and was Hitler's closest ally in its formation. Although he played a crucial role in the creation of the Empire, it is said that his "betrayal" allowed for its existence. As a result, he enjoys complete freedom without criticism from any of his peers. Despite this position, however, the Count is not loyal to the Empire and believes its downfall is imminent. In light of this, he plans to reach out to the elves and their accompanying Drifters as part of his plan for survival. It's worth noting that despite being over fifty years old, Saint-Germain appears youthful and effeminate, which may be due to him being a Drifter or an Offscouring.
