A young woman dressed as a maid constantly wears a uniform. She's linked to Tiamat, whose will is housed in Jinki Persona, which transforms between headband and mask during battles. Wilhelmina, a Flame Haze from the Great War era, fights alongside Mathilde Saint-Omer (formerly known as the "Slayer with Flaming Hair and Blazing Eyes"). Her power allows her to control an endless number of ribbons that materialize around her. Despite speaking in a highly formal and polite manner, Wilhelmina shows little emotion.
