A young woman of considerable wealth, accompanied by her personal attendant, and a transfer student from the same school in England. She stands out among others due to her unique weapon - a sophisticated rifle known as Blaze. Unlike most other Blaze users who wield simple weapons, she is considered an "exception".
Her arrogant and risk-taking personality drives her to try to take Tooru Kokonoe, the famed "irregular" who has a shield instead of a weapon as his Blaze, as her Duo partner. Her efforts soon expand to attempting to gain his romantic interest as well. She does this by forcing herself onto him, socially (calling him her future husband) and occasionally physically, which generates protests and dirty looks from Tors official Duo partner, Julie.
