This individual holds several positions of authority in Promepolis and is also the head of the Foresight Foundation. In previous years, this person focused their research on fire-resistant materials and managed to create a bullet that rapidly cools down when fired, effectively extinguishing the Burnish flames. This individual has earned recognition as an international hero due to their efforts in reducing the threat posed by the Burnish. Many consider Kray to be Galo's personal hero.
