At Stellvia Foundation, Arisa is best friends with Shipon. They meet aboard the shuttle en route from Earth to the station at the start of term and end up sharing a room and class together. Despite having lower academic and piloting skills compared to Shipon, she looks up to him as an inspiration for self-improvement and refers to him as her "Star of Hope". Later in the series, Arisa decides to pursue a career in mechanics instead of flying.
