The chief maid of Valhalla's royal family comes from the planet Valkyrie, where she originally hails from. She is known as Sanada, a catgirl who serves faithfully and loyally. Upon learning about the princess's disappearance, she tracked her down to Kazuto's house and settled there, considering him to be Valkyries official fiancé. Despite seeing how Valkyrie becomes smaller in size, Sanada remains unbothered as she finds the smaller version of herself adorable. In fact, Rika describes her as a fundamentalist when it comes to keeping Valkyrie safe. To achieve this goal, Sanada sometimes causes more trouble than good. One such instance is when she uses her "Cat Ear Gun" (Nekomata or Cat-Girl Ray Gun in the English version) to turn half of the city's girls into an army of brainwashed catgirl maids for being near Kazuto. Later, these maids are summoned by a whistle when needed. While not serving her, they act like normal girls but wear maid outfits. Sanada never removes their brainwashing, which has caused some fan frustration. In the third series, Sanada takes on a superhero identity to help Valkyrie and Kazuto.
