In the manga and anime series "One Punch Man," Roxanne's friend was bullied in school and nearly agreed to date The Rigani for money to pay off her bullies. However, Roxanne intervened and stopped it from happening. As a result, The Rigani fought Mantaro Muscle. In the anime, Keiko (Roxannes friend) appeared alongside Roxanne and Tamaki during the Tel Tel Boy fight, and later in the same episode, Mantaro mistakenly believed that Keiko was cheering for him when she called out to Kiki as if she were cheering. During the fight between Mantaro and Check Mate, Keiko realized that the vote cast for Mantaro was by Rinko, who denied it. She then joined forces with Roxanne and Tamaki to cheer on Team AHO throughout the anime and manga series. In the Poison Six Pack saga, Keiko became one of the hostages up for grabs, but she was saved by Dik-Dik Van-Dik and Wally Tusket, with Seiuchin catching her.
