Ursula, also known as "Ursula of the Bookshelf," is an apostle of Index, one of the largest magical organizations in the world of 11eyes and 3days. Despite initially appearing indifferent to students, she eventually warmed up to Kaori and Tadashi due to their friendly nature. Ursula's real name was given by Index as "Ursula of the Bookshelf." She is tasked with keeping an eye on Kakerus school and reporting its status back to Index following the disappearance of the last warden. Ursula has immense power, making her a candidate for the next 14 saints, the highest officials within Index. However, she is cursed to be born without eye balls, which makes it difficult for her to move or interact with others. Her current body is a magical artifact that allows her to hold 5000 magical books and operates by absorbing magical energy. Ursula is a classmate of Yuka and Kakeru.
